We inspect our jumping castles before and after we hire them out

We not only inspect the jumping castles for damage and wear, but we also conduct safety inspections in order to ensure your safety, while they are in your care.

As with all commercial inflatables, an adult over the age of 18 must be present at all times to supervise any people using the jumping castle and to manage any situation that may arise during that hire period. If you can’t or do not wish to supervise the jumping castle during your event, then you do have the option of hiring one of our friendly staff who are qualified and experienced in all aspects of operation. Our fee for supervising and operating the jumping castle are $35 per hour.

Before we hire out to you, we verbally explain the safety rules. If you require a copy of the safety rules, we can email you a copy prior to the event.

Prior to your start time, we ask that you sign a lease agreement as well as waiver.

We humbly request that the person nominated to supervise, watch our safety rules and instructional video either on the website or on our YouTube channel before signing the agreement/disclaimer. A copy of our safety rules is also available for download.

We have two sets of prices. Half day hire and full day hire. Please refer to our page for individual prices and further detail.

The jumping castles are powered by electric blowers. These blowers require constant power. If by chance there is no access to power at the location, please inform our staff before finalising the booking. We have available for hire, 1.5 kva generators that can power a jumping castle of any size for up to 7 hours. Our generators are available for hire at a flat fee of $70.

In the case of bad weather (rain, thunderstorms, and high wind) whether current or impending, 2 hours prior to start time, we will give you a call, or you can give us a call (0402961575) to determine whether set up is viable.

If it’s decided that the booking should be cancelled due to bad weather and safety concerns, a full refund of your deposit will be returned.

If we feel it is unsafe to proceed due to bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel.

Light rain won’t affect the operation of the jumping castle and in a lot of cases it will be fine to continue with the hire. Moderate to heavy rain, can be a safety concern and most likely will need to cancel or postpone.

We recommend you keep an eye on the weather forecast prior to your booking in order to avoid having to cancel last minute.

Once payment is received, we require 72 hours’ notice before cancellation. If for some reason you need to cancel the booking, please call our office 72 hour prior to your booking date.

If you do cancel you’re booking without giving at least 72 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund of any payment made.
